Any information obtained via our web site will only be used for the purposes of generating insurance quotations and communicating with you in respect of them or other insure.ie products and services. Your data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003.

Each time you receive marketing information you have the option to decline to receive further marketing information from us. If you have more than one email address please make sure to notify any changes to your preferences for each address or email you have registered with us.

Site statistics

Every user is assigned a session ID. This is part of the quotation process and central to generating quotations. Session IDs are analysed in aggregate form to identify patterns of user behaviour and highlight areas where insure.ie can improve its service.

Disclosure of information to third parties.

insure.ie does not sell, trade or rent your information and we will never disclose information about you to third parties, except to fulfill your specific orders for a product or information in the event that third parties deliver the relevant service.

We may of course be obliged by law to pass on your information to the Gardai or other statutory authority.
